Very Nice Property

Overall the place and location is 5 stars. The decor and amenities were very nice. The neighborhood was very quiet and close to everything. Minor issues we had were around one of the mattresses being a little uncomfortable ( however I believe no mattress will make everybody happy so it could just be our preference), no Kleenex boxes, and a missing blind on an outside glass door in the bedroom which caused too much light to enter in the morning. However, The property manager was in constant communication making sure we were happy which I appreciated but I didn’t have time to respond which is why I don’t hold them accountable for not resolving those issues. One pet peeve I have is when managers ask guests to take care of cleaning items while charging a cleaning fee and unfortunately that was the case here. They asked us to take care of the laundry, dishes, and garbage but never mentioned that in their policies.

Great stay for a family beach trip

Great location and extremely well stocked and clean property near the beach! Extremely professional interactions. Prompt responses and concise instructions. My parents and my wife and infant stayed here and it was perfect for our trip. A pack and play/high chair was included and made our packing so much easier coming from Kansas (We are Ft Laud natives). Thank you again
