“客房乾淨”

“We stayed in Room 408 for three nights. The bed linens were nice, and the room was cozy, as expected. However, the bathroom was so small it was difficult to turn around in, and the water pressure was poor. It was also hard to adjust the water temperature. For a hotel describing itself as “luxury,” we were also surprised there was no minibar, coffee machine, or refrigerator. At around $700 per night, we expected these basic amenities to be included. We’ll look for other options next time for……

“Very clean”

“The design of the hotel and the amenities offered were great. However, once the HIDDEN charges showed up on the bill, we were totally surprised. An additional $30 plus per day of service charges were added up, such as those infamous "resort fee"....It was definitely not a resort experience. There wasn't even a coffee maker in the room :) For a three night stay, we ended up paying an additional $100+ for what was initially agreed.”

“地理位置优越 离地铁站非常近 去哪里都很方便 附近还有很多美食 药店 咖啡店等等 下次还会来！”

“Unpleasant experience ”

“The amenities were no where in sight. The staff said hello and it ended there. There was always a towel cart in the way to get to my room which I had to move out of the way every time. The last day of the stay the hotel lobby kitchen caught on fire and I had to leave down the fire escape to leave safely. There were fire fighters and water hoses everywhere. Only one of my two room keys worked. Overall I would never go back to that Hotel”

“地點非常方便”

“The room is tidy and clean, I really enjoyed. They offer free breakfast, which tastes good and is really convenient. The most important thing is that the night is peace and you can sleep well. I just don’t know what I can complain. It’s really convenient to travel around by living in this hotel, which is close to the subway. And you can just walk around to like Times Square, apple avenue 5, MoMA”

“Loved being close to the pier”
