Waterscape Family Vacation

Waterscape resort was amazing. The pools were excellent as well as the access to the beach. It is literally right on the beach! Absolutely beautiful!! The location was absolutely perfect for us!! Would definitely stay again. The room was ok. See above. Nothing special but was what we needed. Definitely enough room. The resort itself was clean and just what was needed for our vacation!

Wonderful!!

The pool was so cool!! Kids loved the lily pad ropes but make sure to bring gloves. They wouldn’t stay off and had blisters, but they said it was totally worth the blisters. The room location was a nice ocean view and right off the elevator. The condo was very spacious and very clean. Balcony was very nice and huge. 10 out of 10 would recommend!!

Cute little place!

The beds are actually very comfortable! Will definitely come back to this condo. My only complaint is that the bunk room does not have a door.

Terrible stay

Our 1st night there (Sat)we noticed small flies in the air flying in the kit/laundry area. We thought they were fruit flies left from the last renter who left spoiled fruit? On Sun., they seemed to be worse. On Mon., I texted the number I was provided by Vacasa Guest Services about the fly problem and the ice machine not working. Their answer back to me was that they would inform the local team. On Tues.,I went to the office in the morning and the woman at desk said she would inform local team. By afternoon, I hadn’t heard anything so I texted again and their answer was a ticket was created, still in progress and give it some more time. On Wed. afternoon, Orkin knocked on our door. I just happened to be in room refreshing my drink from pool. He said flies were drain flies, not fruit flies and that we needed a plumber. He could not help us. He said he would give his recommendation to local management. By this time, they were flying everywhere. Liv.room, bath,etc. I texted Vacasa again and updated them Wed . Thur. afternoon, I still hadn’t heard from local management. I texted again. They were everywhere. Cooking was a disaster. They were getting in our food we were trying to fix. They would gather on our drinks. They were in the bottom of our freezer. After my text Thurs, worker came, used bleach but they only cont to be worse.Manager tried to call me Thur night but I was at pool. They got even worse Fri night. My family and grandchildren’s vacation was ruined bc of it.

It's was a great place for our yearly Girls Trip I liked it because it was close to a lot of places and it was something to do everyday we loved the privacy and most of all we loved the pool an the beach was in walking distance definitely will be back

Just don’t look outside

We were definitely deceived by the “partial view”. We got to stare at the neighboring hotel’s dumpster and generators. It was loud and you couldn’t even hear the waves. Disappointed.

Another great vacation at Waterscape

We were pleased with the unit. We have stayed at Waterscape for 12 years, all of them were enjoyable and we hope to return in 2023. A beautiful beach, watching sunsets, and 70 degrees.

Fall into relaxation

This was everything and more. Loved the flooring. Was easy to sweep, mop, and vacuum. We had 7 people in this unit so used every room. The balcony was our family room. Would definitely come back to this home. Great memories for everyone in my family. Thank you so much.

Fun vacation spot

Great location, several options for fun with the beach, lazy river and multiple pools. The condo was nice and accurately represented in the pictures. I only gave 4 stars for cleanliness because the floors could have been cleaner. It wasn’t a deal breaker though.

Very clean. Well maintained.

First time at waterscape. Very kid friendly. Friendly staff. Activities for the kids were cute. They did cancel a couple planned activities due to rain, but they could have maybe been done inside instead of just cancelling.
