"My only complaint is the heat was out of control on my floor it was 80 F . I opened the window not much helped. Had to keep open all night so I also got to hear the great city noises. It is undergoing upgrades and they were working on the problem. I will stay here again. "

"Dared hotel but was clean and the staff and service was excellent, more than excellent. The la Ronde was pricey but good portions and very well done. We had multiple staff interactions that were impressive high quality service. Such a great experience. Only downside was the sated hotel but wouldnt stop me from staying again"

"Nice hotel- staff friendly and room was clean and well appointed. Not far from many spots, but not a "nice" area for walking. Underground parking was very expensive ($38/night) with tight entrance & poor signage for exit."

"It just not a great spot anymore. The staff is a hit and a miss. Location is great. Lots of restaurants. Great to catch a game. Not far from Whyte Ave. "

"The room was large and clean, however some upkeep was needed (ie peeling wallpaper, water stains, cracked tiles, etc). The noise in the hallway from other guests was problematic, though, The walls are thin, and the talking and laughter and general noise in the hallway was an issue for us. An electric car charging station in the parking lot would also be a bonus."

"Everything was great and wonderful, had the river view room and it was lovely. Room service was fast and delicious. Room was clean and very big. Gym and pool were great, steamroom smelt a bit musty. Staff was warm and inviting they even had a wonderful friendly dog that my kids were so excited to pet."
