「The property was very nice and in quaint neighborhood walkable to German village and Main Street. We also liked the balcony and the neighbors were nice as parking in the narrow garage and driveway were challenging. However we had plumbing issues which made 1.5 bathrooms unusable for the first 24 hrs. Please note there are a lot of stairs in this unit. So walking up 2 flights of stairs at night to use a bathroom was inconvenient, at the least. But the plumbing was fixed within 24 hours. ...

「This was truly a mixed experience for us. First off, communication with the host was very rocky from the beginning. It did take a minute for responses from the host but I can’t complain too much. The next thing was the broken things in the home. The bed broke on one of my guests due to there being a lack of screws in the boards. There was also a broken stool with missing screws which was there upon arrival. Other loose screws were found around the home. The house did have its dirty areas such as...

「The condo was clean, had no issue with neighbors. Parking right outside building. There were dressers and closets for clothing. Was centrally located for our purposes. Close to the highway. Really everything you need to live there for a time. The only thing remotely negative was there is a hospital and fire station nearby by so you will hear sirens. Not enough for me to reduce the rating.」

「Very nice area, quiet & clean condo. Only issue was no coffee pot & no rear entry from parking lot. There was a espresso style machine, but when I ran it, small pieces of metal came out, so we didn't use it. There is a place to park out front on the street, but if you park in the back, there isn't access into garage, so we had to walk around to get in. Other than that, I highly recommend this VRBO location.」

「The overall property was not well cleaned. Definitely dusty, some stains on beds, the couch was stained, air vents had not been cleaned in some time, and despite having booked for a house full of guests, we were only provided with 2 bath towels, one spoon, and no drinking cups upon arrival. 」
