“I was unhappy that I couldn’t reach anyone when the internet was not working. I didn’t realize until an hour later that it was unplugged. No one would answer my calls when I tried to contact someone. It went to an automated voice system. I didn’t know where the internet box was located. I was very frustrated. ”

“The location in Fraser, CO was perfect! It was close to the YMCA Snow Mountain Ranch Camp, the community ice skating rink, commercial tubing hills and two downhill ski resorts (Winter Park and Grandby Ranch). And, there was a free bus that ran every 15 minutes thru town and to both Winter Park or Grandby.”

“Love this condo and location. This was our 2nd time staying here. However, this time (unfortunately) we had some inconsiderate folks staying in the unit above us. They were very loud running around, jumping, and banging things on the floor. I contacted our host/management group, but were told that they didn't manage that unit, so there was nothing they could do about it... and recommended that I contact the Fraser Police. There was really no law being broken here, so we chose not to bother……
