「This entire complex is very old and tired looking from the outside. Built in the 70s, it could use some TLC for the buildings and landscaping to improve the grounds. The clubhouse is small for the number of units it serves. This particular unit was comfortable on the inside except for the heat. Even at 8500 feet, it gets warm during the day in the summer. This unit has limited ventilation to let in cooler evening air. Since it is on the first floor, it doesn't make sense to keep the screen...

「The check in/out process was great and easy. It's easy to communicate with the property management. You just got to stop get your keys before you get to the condo and re-confirm the address otherwise you may not find it. The property needs a few fixes, chairs are broken, mold on the bathroom ceiling, rotten shower curtain rod, broken coaster holders etc Bed covers have stains, pillows are not the most comfortable and the mattress, well it works for 1 night. 「Place was very clean upon arrival and just as described. It did take us a bit to find the room as we arrived when it was dark - the condo number is hidden from the road and the hallway is dark. Also, the place is cold and takes about an hour to warm up. Would have been much more comfortable if it were warm for us, but not a deal breaker. Kitchen is well stocked. Would stay again! 」
