"Good hotel"

"Nice, clean hotel with easy access to the old city. The staff, Anna and Ming were incredibly helpful. Their suggestions about where to eat and a tour to Halong Bay suited our needs. Transportation arranged by the hotel from the airport is a must. It is easy to connect with reasonable rates. Theykept our luggage safe and that was a bonus. A breakfast at another hotel (about a two minute walk) was varied and delicious. "

"I am not one to leave a review but gosh, the staff (Mr Thomas especially) at O’Gallery really took care of me during my stay. From the welcome drink to their sending me off to my next leg of the trip, I felt really spoiled by the staff there. They remembered my name after only interacting with me once and welcomed me back every time I retuned to the hotel. I had to extend my stay by another night due to the typhoon and they accommodated my request with no issue. The room is small but seems to be on par with the other hotels in the area. However, the hotel looks new and very well taken care of. Breakfast was great and had a lot of varieties. Location of the hotel was within walking distance to all the main touristy sites in the Old Quarter. Thank you, O’Gallery Premier! I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi."

"The staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful. We booked a vehicle from them to pick us up from the airport. The driver was late, but the receptionist helped us contact him. When we arrived, they already knew who we were. Whenever we asked questions or for help, they were very detailed. We had booked another vehicle to drive us to the airport in the evening. We had gone on a day trip that day, so the reception even WhatsApped me to confirm, see where we were and see if changes to arrangements need to be made. The free breakfast area is a cute rooftop space. There is a variety of food to choose from. The servers there were also very friendly. The hotel is quite clean. The room was spacious for my family of 4 (2 adults, 1 teen and 1 preteen). The only thing is that the water pressure in the shower is too low."
