"The food is wonderful! As a chain hotel , i wasn't expected the stay, but turns out both dinner and breakfast was above expectation and outperformed other traditional ryokan in my opinion. "

"Room was spacious and well appointed with a great view of Mt Fuji. The bathroom was large with an oversized tub. The hotel feels high end even though it’s beside an amusement park. The free bus stops right outside and takes you into town to experience Mt. Fuji, Lake Kawaguchi and many restaurants. We did not eat at the hotel so have no insight into the restaurant."

"The room was large with a beautiful view of the lake. I loved the private onsen and our traditional ryokan and dinner experience. The breakfast buffet was also amazing. The staff were kind and so accommodating. We will definitely return."

"I didnt have the breakfast to review it but the mt. Fuji pancake restaurant is right next to the hotwl and its beyond amazing. The whole experience was great, you can see Fuji from the hotel entrance. "

"The hotel staff who attended to us is kind and speaks good English, this is much appreciated as we encountered challenges when communicating with some locals. There's a mini store offering snacks and souvenirs at the lobby, which was convenient for us to buy something to eat at this quiet area. The room is very spacious with a side view of the Mount Fuji, breakfast is fine, checkout process was smooth. Overall it's a great hotel for staying in this area."

"Exceeded all expectations. Firstly time at ryokan and by far it's my favorite part of my Japan trip. The staff were all extremely friendly and professional. Rooms were clean and had all the amenities I needed. The baths were amazing. Highly recommend. "
