“Hi there, overall I am quite satisfactory with our stay with Cervo Hotel with the reception very helpful and friendly. However, we had a few disappointing experiences in the restaurant in the Hotel which we would not expect for a 5 star hotel. The waiters did not provide the good service for us - first time in the restaurant they did not give us bread whereas the other tables were given bread. In the second morning, the waiter forgot our order and we had to wait for a while and needed to chase.……

“The staff was very attentive, buffet breakfast and lunch/dinner options were excellent, beach was amazing, very comfortable lounge chairs at the beach (most beach resort hotels don't offer comfortable lounge chair cushions), great bed in the room, beautiful view from the balcony, etc...The only request that I would make to the hotel is to heat up the pool a bit as it was quite cold even with the hot Sardinian sun. ”

“Petra Segreta is a little piece of heaven if you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing experience. Internet access was spotty. Breakfast has many good options. The restaurant could use a change of menus especially since there is only one casual dining option. ”
