"The place was the perfect size for me and the location was very convenient. The parking suggestions were spot-on with pricing (I chose the one across the street. It was safe and only cost $22 for 3 days!) There were 2 small hiccups. The communication and restroom cleanliness piece. I did not get my check-in message on time within the 24 hours prior so I had to call VRBO to reach out to manager. That was handled quickly. But when I got to the apartment at 4pm (check-in was at 3pm) the door codes...

"Small space but it had everything we needed. Fast response from the host for 1 small issue. Some upgrades and repairs are needed but you can't beat the price.10 minutes to Buffalo Trace was a great start on a daily Bourbon hunt. DaVinci's Pizza was delicious."

"Nicely appointed one bedroom condo with a comfortable king size bed. It was perfect for us since the only time we planned to be in the condo was to sleep. Location is perfect for Buffalo Trace and other distilleries. The condo complex is older but for the price you can’t beat it! We will definitely stay there again!"

"Loved our stay at this perfectly located property. A short walk to Rupp and great restaurants. The decor is very kitschy and fun. Great entertaining space. Had some internet issues that took a bit to resolve. My only heads up to future tenants; there was no shower gel, shampoo nor Kleenex provided. There is a Keurig and a drip coffeemaker. Otherwise, a well-stocked condo"

"Lovely modern home and yoga studio. Located in picturesque Georgetown, just a few miles from Kentucky Horse Park. We were greeted by the resident dog, Sandy, a quiet and friendly labradoodle. The proprietor, Jane, went out of her way to make us feel welcome. Comfortable bed, excellent shower, all the amenities. We will gladly return whenever we visit the area again."
