Restaurant food was excellent and tasty with friendly helpful staff although it was short staffed in the evenings. The staff were rushed off their feet which made service slow. Other disappointment was no breakfast facility if you are a resident. Rooms need updated and could do with complete refurb, windows need repairing excellent Southside location.

We arrived at the hotel on the 20th of March, we booked three nights staying. However due to the Corona Virus, the government announced at that evening that every restaurant in Bath had to close. The manager in the asked staff are there now

Fantastic hotel. A little old but room well appointed and the meals were fantastic. Within walking distance to Hampden if you are going to the football.

The staff were fantastic the rooms comfortable and spotless. We ate in the restaurant at night the meals were delicious. A great gluten free range also.

Great staff, excellent breakfast.

I booked the Ivory as it was close to where I needed to be for a party. Very pleased I did, first impressions was it was a bit shabby , rip in the curtains , but the bed was very comfortable and despite some traffic noise , the windows have to be closed at least in some of the rooms I had an excellent few nights. The feature for me was the wonderful staff, friendly, courteous and caring. Great breakfast and lovely view of the park from the dinning room. I will definitely stay there again.

Very good value

I booked room only for one night. The hotel provides good basic accommodation at a very reasonable price. The room was fine with everything necessary available and the staff were friendly and helpful. Car parking is available on site and is free.

One night break.

very nice hotel with huge double room,had lunch on arrival which was good.Perfectly placed for meeting friends in Shawlands ,car parking free at hotel.All in all everything went as planned,will use again.

Comfortable Stay

Good location with ample car parking. Check in is through the bar to a separate desk although you need to wait until someone sees you. Although fully paid took my card away to do pre authorisation “in case I damage the room!” (50+ women on her own) The person was gone with the card out of sight for a few minutes which although I trusted him it still shouldn’t be away from you. Room up two floors of steep stairs, no offer of help with bag. Room clean, modern & comfortable for a night. WiFi didn’t connect and door from bar was open so could hear one male voice loudly for a bit. Windows have been replaced or repaired since my last stay as much quieter.

Ivory hotel, highly recommend.

Huge room, double bed each, spotless and well furnished. Great price booked only the day before. Staff friendly and helpful, got us a taxi. When we returned Joe looked after us in the bar. Very enjoyable, would use again for sure.

I am very disappointed to be asked to pay extra 10.00 pounds for my son I know I have booked a large quad room and there must catching point as to not clearly inform guest who book with the hotel.My family was not please with the hotel. I believe Expedia could have verified the hotel for 2 Adult and 1 child 9

I was visiting family nearby and the Ivory Hotel was convenient. However, I was surprised and delighted by what excellent value for money it proved to be - lovely room, nice bar, great breakfast in the morning for a fraction of the price I would normally expect to pay in Glasgow.
