"We enjoyed the property and the location. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed including wine opener and pizza cutter which was very handy. Access to a garage is something you don't always have and was great! Would be nice to have an opener to use, as it was raining a couple times. The worst thing was the bathrooms. The toilet in the master is old and not the elongated type so not really updated or comfortable. The toilet in the main bathroom is newer but is way too close to the vanity...

"We did a couple nights in Page to visit Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend. Phil's house was a great base location. Nice quiet neighborhood, large backyard for my dog, clean and organized house. We were very comfortable! Restaurants, grocery store, and coffee shops were all close by. Phil was a great host and promptly answered our questions. Would definitely recommend his house to anyone visiting Page."

"This place is amazing! Great lodging options between luxury tiny cabins to premium cabins or even airstreams. The lounge area is beautiful with floor level fire pits. At the far end of the property they have old classic cars parked at a drive-in theater where they play a movie each night!"
