"The room had obviously not been cleaned when we arrived. There were dirty socks on the floor, hair in the shower, scuff marks on the bedding, etc. When we emailed customer service we got a response that was clearly written by AI. It said cleaning stuff would be coming to check it in the morning. Cleaning staff didn’t come at all during our 3 day stay. "

"The hotel was clean, in a good location, and the staff were friendly; however, I’ve never slept in a more uncomfortable bed in my life, the room temperature couldn’t be changed and was way too hot for everyone in my party, and the morning breakfast situation was so out of control it wasn’t worth it. They also have a really inconvenient elevator system that doesn’t seem to account for party size so it’s a complete cluster f all the time. "

"Very basic but charming and clean - can't beat the location. For us with the radiator banging every hour on the hour we got zero sleep. Told the desk and brought them a solution but the staff doesn't really care to do anything to make your stay better, so sadly we will won't ever be returning."

"Oyo has 3 things going for it: location, price, and great, friendly staff. But the room itself is really dingy and in desperate need of repairs. The window shades do not work. The bedframe was super wobbly, with bent legs. The HVAC vent is right above the bed and it's SO LOUD it might keep you up at night. And the shower was only semi clean. This will definitely be my first and last stay."

"I was lucky to get a great rate for my 2 night stay. Everything was good - room was a good size and everything was clean. Staff were friendly and competent. Great location too. I’ll be back. "

"Good location but unfortunately that's it. Worst hotel I have stayed in. They seem to be converting to a new hotel / brand, and in my opinion should rather have closed doors. No dining / bar options, no room service, old rooms, stripped down elevators. The TV was not working. The blinds were not working (had to sleep with the blinds open), the aircon was stuck at 75 (had to sleep with the windows partially open). Asking management they wrote it down on a piece of paper and says "maintenance" will have a look, which never happened. I booked for 6 nights and left after 3."
