「酒店是我见过最差的，我入住第二天出门买点东西，可是上午11点通往酒店门口的路设了路障不让前来滑雪的车辆进入了，我说我是住店客人也出示了房卡也不给进入，我跟酒店联系他们说没办法谁让开车出去了，你自己想办法外边过一夜明天再进来，酒店也不会退房费给你，我们只好在没有任何行李的情况下在外边酒店住了一夜，第二天早上10点才回到酒店。我希望酒店给我延迟退房一天或者延时退房时间到当天下午3点，但遭到酒店拒绝，要求我必须10点退房。这么无耻的酒店没有见过。」

「宽敞舒适，房间很大，有客厅、厨房、浴室也很大，环境美，安静。对于对于三五好友想好好聊聊天，自己做做美食，到小镇上走走，了解一下摩门教徒建起内华达州第一间酒吧，至今人们仍在酒吧聊天喝酒，很有意思。在这里可以打乒乓球、烧烤、在草地上打网球、泡温泉（可惜我们住宿期间温泉设施翻修，少了这个重要环节）这里只有一间歺馆，每周只开四、五、六、日，没有早歺，所以最好自己料理一日三歺，不然要开车十几分钟去找吃的。」

「旅館所處位置不錯，近商業區及滑雪纜車入口。房間很小且床鋪為下拉式，晚上睡覺翻身都會嘖嘖作響，樓上下床的聲音也很明顯。停車位較少需要尋找或等待。服務人員客氣，但給予的說明並不正確(i.e.其實滑雪場是不能自帶滑雪板上去的)。下次應該還是要換別間飯店住。」

「Our family booked this two-bedroom room. The space is large and clean. I like the fireplace and flooring. It has a kitchen for dining and is more convenient for taking care of the children. It is close to the lake and is a perfect choice in summer! Worth coming back」

「Great location for access to lifts and resort amenities. The unit was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Sylvia was nice and available to help resolve issues. The main downside of this unit is the bedroom is right up against the staff service elevators and staff supply room, it gets noisy starting at 6am and continues through the day. This impacted our sleep and our vacation. We feel the listing should state this, we would not have rented if we had known this in advance. There are also...

「The communication with the property is very good. Linens are clean and beds are comfortable However, The property has an old cabin smell. Carpet has dirty stain especially on the first floor. This place needs updating. The location is very good even if you don’t ski or snowboard. It’s a 7 minute drive to the casinos and Heavenly gondola.」

「The room itself is a pretty small studio but has everything you’d need if you’re planning on mainly eating out in the village instead of cooking (and has enough to get by if you want to cook a couple small meals). The building has somewhat thin walls, but the noise wasn’t much of a problem since people didn’t seem to stay up too late. 「This is a one-of-a-kind property. The views are spectacular, everyone was very comfortable as there is a lot of space, and it feels very private. The drive to South Lake Tahoe where all the stores and restaurants are is short and pretty. Last second there was an issue with some amenities that was out of the owner's control but they handled it promptly and professionally. I would definitely recommend the house and would come back for an another family trip.」
