I specifically chose this hotel—and paid a higher rate than nearby options—because of the hot tub amenity, so this was especially frustrating. Additionally, when I checked in, I was not provided with any information about the hotel’s amenities or where things were located. I had to find everything on my own, which made the experience even more inconvenient."
