“This bed and breakfast is top tier! The service was outstanding, and the ingredients were fresh and natural. Every morning, a chef prepared authentic Jamaican dishes, which made me feel truly immersed in the culture. Housekeeping kept everything spotless, and the staff was incredibly friendly and always available when needed. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. I would stay here again and again……

“Rated 4 stars based on the following: The room, we had a swim out suite, is definitely 5 star as is the resort staff. The gym and hydrotherapy were also 5 star. My wife had a 3 star experience at the spa - mine was 4 star. Where things broke down was in the food department and the party culture. The food was 3 stars at best, staff is amazing and attentive, but the food just was not that good. They tried really hard to upscale the dining experience by providing individual themed restaurants in……

“The property was empty. No other guests. We left snorkel gear by the pool, and it was stolen. The receptionist made no attempt to even ask anyone about it when we told her. Service is non-existent. No paper in the washrooms. No one cleans dirty dishes by the pool. Host in the restaurant lying down while talking to guests, no attempt at any service. The food was good (after having to wait for an hour). Reception closes at certain hours without any warning (where the pool towels are). ……

“From the moment we arrived, we knew this place was special. The owner personally welcomed us, and the doorman was sweet—honestly, everyone working here was topnotch. They take care of everything you need. The Welcome & Dining: We checked in early & offered wine upon arrival, and dinner at the restaurant was yum—tasty food with a stunning ocean view. The restaurant attracts international travelers; we met guests from Spain and France stopping by for lunch, which added to the atmosphere. The Room……

“Staff was excellent and attentive.Rooms are dated but clean. Bar and beach area caters to local beach vendors, leading to constant solicitation.”

“The staff did not know how to use the cash register. They made charges to our room even though we paid cash at the bar and the restaurant. Meaning they charged us twice for the same items. The bill also stated we made purchases from the gift shop, which we did not. We did not notice the charges until we reviewed the itemized bill. We will never stay here again.”
