We asked for more toilet paper, and the kindest cleaning staff went out of her way and had it in our room when we got back. 「We were there for a wedding and had a 3:00 check in time. They did not have rooms ready for us and even though we were there ahead of numerous other people we had to wait for almost an hour to get into our room. By then it was 3:30… past check in time. The front desk worker was very nice about it all and was trying her best but it was frustrating to wait that long… and to see others that came in after us all get their rooms before us.」
