「Old property but really well updated. Almost empty for my stay at very start of season so my single room on 2nd floor was quiet. Room clean and comfortable. New ensuite with walk in shower 10/10. Breakfast continental or pay extra for cooked. Parking easy ( you really need a car) and Scalloway very well placed for touring. Hotel closed for food in evening whilst I was there and not much else locally but really enjoyed my stay and would definitely use again.」

「It is an old property and has been maintained somewhat unfortunately both the Bar and the Restaurant were closed we also had a hard time checking in as there was no one on the property just a note with phone numbers to call. I did eventually get a hold of someone and they appeared about ten minutes later. The little beach besides the hotel is quite popular with the locals who play with there kids, walk there dogs and go swimming there, note also that it is only accessible when the tide is out as...
