"The location is awesome. One tram stop away from circular quay. We love the city views, the big bed, and the corner rooms where we usually stay, are enjoyable. The water from the shower often saturates the floor, which is annoying. Also, the bathroom has few places to store toiletry bags etc, so they have to go on the floor if they don’t fit on the sink area. The service is very good and there is always a lovely fresh smell in the lobby. Breakfast is good, if a little same, same. The staff there are all a little stern. It would be nice if they were a little friendlier."

"Double glazing is currently being installed in all units which will help cut the traffic noise but the train subway runs underneath the building and you can hear the trains day & night. Units are a little tired & need a referb. Would I stay there again? No."
