“My family and I have been traveling to the Lakes Region for 30+ years and have somehow never stumbled across Cold Spring Resort. I am so glad that we discovered it, as we enjoyed every bit of it. The unit that we stayed in was perfect for our family of five (two adults and three small children). The staff was extremely friendly and accommodated all of our needs. Our kids loved that there is an indoor and outdoor pool. Additionally, I loved being right on the golf course. Even though I did not……

“A great house for a multi-generation family get away. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment. Loved cooking on the grill on the back deck. Easy access to the beach and all the lake region of NH has to offer. ”

“Beautiful place right on the lake. Very basic accommodations, we really only slept there. Perfect for what we needed. I had trouble with the television, couldn’t figure it out. We were trying to watch the Celtics playoff game. Emailed the host I didn’t get a response Until the next day. Ironically, in her email, she said “ Don’t hesitate to reach out “ and she was “available 24/7”. We ended up listening to the game. Other than that, we had a great stay.”

“Gloria is a wonderful host and extremely helpful. She provided lots of information about the property and quickly responded to any messages. The unit was very clean and fully stocked with amenities. The location is excellent too, a short drive to the Weirs Beach area and the Bank of NH Pavilion can be accessed through a private path on the property. Definitely will stay again!”
