「The entire building as well as the individual apartment reeked of cigarette and marijuana smoke. The house next door is boarded up and the neighborhood is not great. The entrance to the building and the apartment had a very flimsy electronic lock with no deadbolt, which given the neighborhood is not ideal. I tried to resolve with both the host and vrbo and was given no recourse. We didn’t stay on the property because it smelled so bad and we were forced to shell out for a hotel. STAY AWAY!!!!」

「We were pleased to find that the house was well represented in the photos. The rooms are huge, and the views of the lake are amazing. The house is old but in good shape, cozy, and perfect for our family gathering. Our daughters and our grandchildren joined us and there was plenty of space and everyone enjoyed it. Beds were comfortable and we provided our own sheets and towels. We appreciated having use of the 2 kayaks and 2 bikes. The on-site staff was very helpful whenever we had questions....
