“We had a wonderful stay at the Davis. The house is big and everyone had plenty of space to spread out. We really enjoyed the location. Downtown Sevierville has some of our favorite restaurants in the area so to be able to walk to all of them was a plus. Even though Pinchy’s is connected to the house the noise isn’t too bad. We stayed New Years Eve so the people in the downstairs bedroom with adjoining wall did have a band concert all night but we expected it to be loud. Other than that night……

“Our group had a great stay here! The place was clean and well-stocked, and the location was great. We appreciated that the living room has plenty of seating, the dining table is spacious, and there are TV stands and a nice game selection in the living room. We also appreciated the second fridge downstairs and the labeling in the kitchen which made it clear where everything goes.The host sometimes took a while to respond and the check-out guidelines were a bit confusing, but these were minor……

“This place is truly a lake front paradise. We had a spectacular view of a harbor and the hills. We visited during the fall and it was so perfectly peacful and quiet. There are several cozy hangout spots and everything was clean and wonderful. Kathy is a great host!”

“Good communication. Home was clean and comfortable. It was smaller than I expected from the pics but it was still a great stay. We had some problems with the Internet in 2 of the bedrooms but it wasn't enough of a concern to to reach out about. I would recommend this home.”
