I’ve been traveling to St. Lucia for years now and have stayed there many times. The shower needs an upgrade, the face basin needs and upgrade. The tiles needs and upgrade the toilets need and upgrade. I think they need to take off the shower tub and just have walking showers which would make it so much better for one with a wheelchair. “The communication at the start was horrible. I sent emails and called with no response. I felt ignored so I contacted h otels.com then I finally got a response. Once i was hooked up with Sam, everything was perfect. Sam went above and beyond to ensure my nephew and I were taken care of. The place was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay again.”

“I recently stayed at Secrets St. Lucia and unfortunately would not recommend this resort. The experience started off on the wrong foot with a very confusing check-in process that took nearly an hour. Throughout the stay, most of the staff came across as rude and disengaged, with a few notable exceptions—Sanchey, in particular, was wonderful and stood out for their kindness and professionalism. The rooms themselves were disappointing. They felt dirty and not well-maintained, although I will say……
