“Bexley B&B went above and beyond with our stay! Even when we had a snafu with our room code at 1am they answered the phone and helped us (we felt so bad calling at that hour). Staff were nice and friendly, the housekeeping was immaculate, and the property is right next to an excellent donut/coffee shop. We would definitely stay again!”

“I noticed immediately how dirty it was. Then as I was touring the apartment the shower was dirty and had paint peeling and 6 inch strips along with rusty metal lung to the bottom. I had bought $ worth of groceries for the week when I get back to the room the very next day from work, I realize the fridge was not cold enough to keep my food at a safe temperature. The milk I had just bought was already curdled. The cheese was limping melted, and I had to throw away all the food in the fridge. Then……

“I liked the location and options available within walking distance. The property was relatively clean, and the staff was very friendly. Basic stay, but good value. Decent breakfast too!”

“Temperature control in the shower sucked. Otherwise... All good.”

“Very disappointed!!! When you advertise that you serve breakfast but we then find out you haven't since covid, huge turnoff. Others that were staying there seemed to be partying in the hall and knocking on our door 1:30AM -4AM in the morning. Back security door that you're supposed to use your card key to get in, kept getting propped open. Brought these issues to the desk, only to receive a shrug...😒”

“Do not use they cancelled our booking and we had to scramble to find a new one.”

“They should brush the corners for cobwebs and spiders. Overall, it was a fine stay, but that was the only thing to note. At least there weren't bedbugs”

“Air conditioning was weak and on high AC it was hummid and there were roaches near the bathroom”

“Took 15 min to check in. Desk clerk could barely speak english. No lights worked in the room. It smelled terrible and moldy. No shower curtain and pipes sticking out. Left immediately. Still waiting for refund. ”

“The pictures are misleading. Dirty sheets and bath mat. Freezing cold with thin blankets. Missing smoke detector. ”

“The toilet had some scums in it, the hair dryer itself is filthy & I had to cleaned it esp the handle, the flooring is dirty the air conditioning is very loud! Will never stay in this place again. Location is not a good place. The window lobby where you check in is dirty, dusty & smelly. The stairs to go up & down is very unsafe. It’s not worth the price. This hotel needs closing or much needed renovation.”
