“When I booked to stay here I didn't know what I was actually booking since I only needed a room for one night and this was the only option close to the Fort William train station that was left. WOW! “The Hotel is in a beautiful location, close to central Fort William. Twin room size was a bit small, but clean enough in room and ensuite. However, we also had another room for my elderly mum and we requested an access room of which was big. But, the bathroom was not clean. There was rust on the rails and mould on tile grouting. “The room was very clean and comfortable. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. Beautiful views in the restaurant of the Loch. All the employees are very kind, warm and welcoming.
