「Staff very kind and helpful.」

「A very nice hotel on the water with downtown just a short walk. We had a little wrinkle with our reservation but Penny was able to resolve the issue, making our stay more enjoyable. The rest of the staff we met were all friendly and helpful. The hotel was well kept and comfortable and included a wonderful breakfast with plenty of selection. A top quality stay.」

「So disappointed in what they have done to this once beautiful hotel. It had so much personality. Not now. It is now a Comfort Inn and it looks awful. The room was clean but no coffee maker. The worst part is you could not use the hallways in the morning to go to breakfast. You had to go outside to get to the breakfast area. Glad it wasn't winter. The staff were great. It's not their fault. Won't be going there again.」

「Location is close to main downtown area, although you do have to cross a busy road. 555 North Restaurant is located in the hotel and has good food. Brunswick is a nice enough town; Bath is more interesting and closer to some of key attractions.」

「Great old world style property with good food. We have stayed there several times with very favorable results. The room however on this trip was too small to comfortably hold two adults. Very little room between the beds and the walls and not much room to get dressed or store luggage. Just make sure you request a larger room.」

「The office staff was friendly, informative and professional. We had view of the harbor, which was lovely. The room was clean and tidy and the beds were super comfy. We also dined at the restaurant on site, which was wonderful! The only issue was that the ice machine wasn’t functioning. Other than that, a beautiful place to stay. Thank you! We will definitely be visiting again.」
