Would have loved to take a kayak out with my fish rods but the water was cold and we had some rough waters that week. “This property was going through extensive renovations at the time of our stay. The workers were pounding and sawing until around 9pm. There was debris everywhere making it not only unsafe, but very unsightly! Our room window looked out onto an ugly mountain of discarded mattresses. Our room had been renovated and was nice, but was very small. I think this hotel should not have been open for business during their renovation, and we definitely should not have been charged full price!”
