"We had an amazing time. And everyone went out of their way to help me! Keep in mind its a cash free property. Felt so safe having to use my key for elevator. Also it was a beautiful property. note* Cash app is not recommended in any instance but the staff at Hotel Felix did everything they could possible to help me going above and beyond to even care about my situation. Cash app however is not recommended because they asked for specific documents and still refusing to release my funds. But i want to thank everyone who helped me and my friend. Also giving her and I one of the best experiences together. We will see yall again soon but next time were gonna use Venmo 💯. "Front desk was extremely helpful, room was a great size and comfortable. The area felt very safe, walkable to quite a few things. Absolutely would stay here again! "

"This hotel was amaaazzzing! The staff was friendly and welcoming. The hotel has a great patio with views of Michigan Ave. I didn’t realize this until my last day. Which was a bummer. I would only recommend this hotel for solo travel because the rooms are small. As a solo traveler it was perfect for me. This hotel is only a 6 minute walk to the bean and The art institute. The Riverwalk is also a very short distance from this hotel. "
