「Immaculate! A hidden gem. My room was beautifully appointed, the furnishings were so tasteful, the bed extremely comfortable with a variety of pillows. Super clean. The staff were not in your face but ready to help if required. The shared kitchen/laundry was such a good idea ..... why dont more accommodation places do this????? I stayed for six nights and will definately be back.」

「I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was very dirty and clearly not properly cleaned. There were noticeable yellow stains on the wall next to the toilet in the bathroom, which was completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the bedding was unhygienic and didn't feel clean at all. I definitely would not recommend staying here.」

「Oddly unwelcoming guest, mocked me for using Expedia upon entry to the property. Laughed about me essentially getting scammed for using Expedia and instructed me that I wouldn't be having breakfast instead of offering it to me. Tiny bathroom with a tiny shower. Instructed that you are forbidden from bringing food in to your room. Upstairs room had TV on full volume until 3am (it has been possible to restrict certain volume levels on TVs for over 20 years to prevent this issue). Poor parking at...

「Horrible experience. They gave me the wrong code for the lock box so I wasn’t able to get in until 645 pm. The place was a mess as well. When I finally got into my room it reeked of weed. When I told them about this they told me just to light a candle. I left and asked for a refund immediately, and they stopped responding until Expedia got involved. Then they eventually denied it. Awful service, gross place」
