“Well organized staff, cozy place, very clean. Diffenitely recommended.”

“This property was perfect for our needs, working at a conference in the city. We arrived 9pm and left early both days, so just needed a place to sleep. Private carpark round the rear of property. Close to metro (tram) stop and an easy 20 minutes by car from the city centre (less for Salford Quays or Old Trafford). Apart from check-in we never saw anyone during our weekend stay. Host was contactable by mobile if we needed (which we didn't). Self service breakfast provided (cereals) as under new……

“This is the worst place I have ever stayed in the UK - note that the condition of the place is significantly worse than the photos suggest. When viewed in person, the place is dark, dingy, smells bad, in need of serious improvements throughout and many things are broken or not 'right' with the room. The details will never show in photos, but everything from the old dark hallways with creaky stairs, to sticky surfaces everywhere you touch. The window blinds were not actually attached to the……
