"Upside , Hotel was a beautiful historic inn and bed was comfy and claw foot tub bath enjoyable. Charming little town. Downside, no staff at all. You had to do everything for yourself which would be fine except they were out of Coffee and you had to find out all that from another guest that was there who had to call to find that out. Some written instructions and organizing would be helpful. "

"We absolutely love this place! It is the perfect spot for anyone planning a trip to enjoy the snow. We stayed here with friends and their young children, and it proved to be very family-friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean, which was a big plus. One of our favorite features is the on-site restaurant. day. This is essentially a motel. It's not at all fancy but the beds are clean and comfortable, the small shower was hot and had good pressure and the attached restaurant makes a very good burger and milkshake (and breakfast). One warning - no liquor license. If you are looking for a quaint mountain retreat this is not the place. If you are looking for a comfortable base while
