The room was extremely clean, nicely decorated, spacious bathroom. Service from Patrizia and the team was excellent. "Beautiful property in the beautiful Tuscan region, food was great as was the staff but I do think it important to note that there is no 24hr airport shuttle transportation as listed in the property details. Rather it is a private service that can be arranged through reception based on driver availability and for a pretty steep cost (approximately $200 is US dollars). Be sure to consider this when booking or rent a car!"

"LOVED our stay. I can’t describe how perfect our stay was. It was more beautiful than the pics we’d seen on hotels.com. Beautiful spacious room/apartment.
