The Hotel Staff and Hotel Manager were very professional and above and beyond friendly. We had some issues with two of our rooms, the Manager quickly resolved the issues. In my opinion top 3 best ever Manager and staff I've ever delt with. Price was right on point. The building is newly renovated we also enjoyed the rooftop.

Un espacio céntrico y seguro pero al interior de la propiedad salen los detalles, la habitación que nos tocó no tenía número en la entrada y la chapa no servía bien, las almohadas son muy incómodas, sábanas sucias con manchas, la puerta del baño no cierra, la regadera no tiene cancel completo y se sale el agua, el agua caliente dura poco además pedimos toallas limpias y nunca llegaron, la habitación compartía puerta interior con otra y se escuchaba todo lo que pasaba al lado.

Terrible que se los ocurra que después de las 9:00pm no hay check in y tampoco sea reembolsable lo pagado. Perdí más de 1,500 pesos solo porque no tienen el servicio al cliente NORMAL de un hotel y puedan recibirte hasta las 12:00am, como normalmente ocurre. Evítense el robo y NO reserven aquí.
