I arrived at the property, but they don't rent it out short-term anymore. They didn't even receive the reservation from Orbitz. I was stranded in Guangzhou without being able to speak the language. I want a refund, as well as reimbursement for the hotel that I was fortunate to find. I sent an email to Orbitz about this but have received no reply.
