“Good but no parking in hotel.”

“The hotel is old, but nice. Staff are helpful. However, bathroom ventilation fan can be cleaned. And the room could be brighter.”

“My daughter and I decided to have a few nights away and as we had the sun on our side for the week we decided to stay in the UK. We came across this hotel and although expensive we decided we weren't paying for flights and booked two nights. How very special from the moment we arrived and had our car parked for us. Lovely Zara and Eugania helped with our check in and showed us around the hotel, outdoor pool and spa. What a wow factor when we were shown to our Croquet room, all air conditioned,……

“Probably due to limitations of the vertical movement of the elevators, we , staying at the lower level, took ages to get to the front desk to check out.”

“Room was clean, fan was already on ready when we arrived, staff were very helpful on the reception. Breakfast was easy to get and the wait wasn’t too long even thought we hadn’t booked and parking was easy and free.”

“First night ( Saturday night) it was so noisy until midnight:( . Second night is much better. You book 2 nights, they don’t clean your room next day:( Overall it’s good place to stay.”

“酒店地點很方便，Westquay 商場和 IKEA 都很快去到。客房乾淨舒適。 酒店沒有免費停車場，要泊在 Westquay 的停車場，8 小時至 24 小時 £15。房內沒有雪櫃、拖鞋、漱口杯，比較不便。Room clean 要每天和大堂說，最後第二天我直接跟大堂說請每天 room clean，她說 ok。”

“Room was comfortable and clean. Doors tend to slam so you can have noisy neighbours. Garden was big and plenty of seating but needs some tlc and more kids stuff. Food was average at best. Some staff were great, some need more training. Not sure I’d stay again.”

“Excellent room, nice area and staff were really helpful too. Only issue is the parking that there isn’t much parking if it is busy.”
