“The hotel staff at the reception were very helpful and so welcoming. However there was one member of staff in the laundry room who came across like she couldn’t be bothered helping when I asked her for a clean towel for the swimming pool area because the one she pointed me towards smelt really damp so I wanted a clean one and she just ignored me so I helped myself. The hotel- the cleanliness was not great. The room was quite outdated and the bed sheets had this damp smell. My daughters had a……
