“Good but no parking in hotel.”

“位置方便，近大型商場，多餐廳，有泊車位，但不多。附近有其他停車場，泊車容易。酒店整體清潔很好，設施維護良好。窗有點少。桌面很少。”

“We booked this for our pre cruise trip. The location is excellent and the harbour view is spectacular. What actually impressed us is the service. We landed in early morning and with a check in time at 3pm, they tried their best to arrange a room for us before 1pm. “This was my first stay in DoubleTree Southampton and it’ll be the first on my list of places to stay when I return to the city again. Friendly staff, fantastic rooms, great shower in room, great food and atmosphere and breakfast was top notch. Definitely recommend this hotel.”

“First night ( Saturday night) it was so noisy until midnight:( . Second night is much better. You book 2 nights, they don’t clean your room next day:( Overall it’s good place to stay.”

“Probably due to limitations of the vertical movement of the elevators, we , staying at the lower level, took ages to get to the front desk to check out.”

“這次入住體驗一般，一天前發送的酒店信息都沒有回覆，入住前到了4小時讓我們等。到了3點自己去問才開始問有沒有清潔好，完全沒有人跟進。這次感覺前台人員都是新人”

“Another great stay at this fine establishment. No suite this time but a nice room all the same. Got a great workout at the hotel gym followed by an invigorating shower. A full night's sleep was followed by a wonderful breakfast spread. The hotel is within distance of several dining options. Look forward to another stay here.”

“Great welcome, clear welcome to the property and overview of facilities”

“服務員態度有待改善”

“Charged for the use of the mini bar even though we didnt take anything. Small holes in bed linen upon arrival. Relaxation room, the paintwork was terrible. Slow service all round.Service charge to room is 12.5 percent, slightly inflated for something that shouldnt exist. However nice big bed, attentive staff in main diner.Hydro pool nice touch although children not allowed.Lovely breakfast and main meal.Pools were excellent. I would not stay here again considered this is a four star hotel.I……
