「The property was clean Staff pleasant But the mattress was tired and springs made noise if you turned a side」

「Beautifully decorated throughout. Breakfast was very good and staff were very polite and helpful. The only thing I would make everyone aware of is that car park isn’t on sight of the hotel but at the opposite side of the road through an alleyway and it’s very small so we weren’t able to get a space so had to pay for the long stay car park which cost us over £10 in all and it would have been a nice gesture if the hotel offered to compensate those who can’t get into their car park. 「Great location, polite team. Unfortunately for the rate it’s a dated room with bath and hand shower head. This sits under a sloping roof and meant no stand up showing.」

「Room was lovely, just the right size. Staff welcoming & friendly, A lovely touch to get a free breakfast the following day. No issues with parking. Only 1 point to make, room was very hot so we should have asked for a fan (but it was 34 degrees outside!), so not even sure a fan would help!. Overall, would definitely return if we needed a night in Southampton again.」
