Our room was spotless and the staff were absolutely incredible. It started with Mike reaching out to me on WhatsApp after I booked. He did a great job of helping me with my itinerary and I then asked him to book a number of trips for me and everything was spectacular and seamless. If you travel to Hanoi I STRONGLY encourage you to book at the West and speak with Mike about your trip. He booked us our cruise in Halong Bay with door to door pick up, our trip ti SaPa with an overnight bus, and our trip to Tam Coc Ninh Binh. We had a group of 8 and everyone loved everything about The West Hotel and Spa and with what Mike set up for us. We also loved the front desk staff and the breakfast staff. Such wonderful people including Kai and Emma who were on duty most of our stay. But the others, who’s name I didn’t learn, were equally wonderful.
