"Stay here was fantastic. I got upgraded to a suite room which came with a king bed and a queen sofa bed and two full bath. Clean, bright, many restaurants and shopping close by. MTR is about 7 mins walk, 2 blocks from hotel. Definitely stay here again. Taxi was about $250 from airport."

"Came HongKong to watch Twins concert at the coliseum and boy, this hotel is a stone throw away from the concert hall. Super convenient and also a stone throw away from the MTR. Will be my first choice in the future if I’m coming for another concert. Front desk staffs are pretty friendly and can converse well in English and mandarin too. "

"I made a request for cooking utensils initially and the hotel rejected me by email. Then When I checked in at 3pm, the usual time. they told me that they can give my request but the room will only be available at 4:30pm, NOT ACCEPTABLE! I told then they should have called me and not let me check in and wait for an hr and a half! Then they made me wait extra 10mins and they told me they will fix it and offered me comp drinks in the restau. After 5mins they came back saying They have the room...

"Older hotel a little far from city but close to airport. No bath mat and small hand/face towel provided. Staff is always helpful and pleasant to deal with. Good value for HK hotel. "
