"This place was perfect for us. We are local to the area and needed a place to stay while our house was under construction. We appreciated that the house was easy to find, clean, and quiet at night. During the day there was construction (no fault of the owner) but there are rules in place to make sure that we were able to live our normal lives as a family in the evenings. The house was reasonably stocked and the owner was responsive. "

"The property was easy to find, pleasant appearance from ou, and parking was easy. The interior was clean and the kitchen was modern. It took a little while to warm up the baseboard heating because it was a cold night. But we were comfortable."

"Check in process was a breeze but there were several issues with the property. Upon arrival the back area is overgrown and has had no upkeep, the inside is similarly unkept. Utensils were unclean, bedding seemed as though it had been sitting in a closet for several months, and the sideboards on the stairs had water damage which was probably caused by the leaking AC. The walls and TV had strange splatters on them. Amongst all of this there was a spider problem and the owners decided to have a...

"This was a lovely stay in a lovely area of Seattle. Parking was very easy to find and we enjoyed the proximity to Volunteer Park. Would stay again!"
