“It was such a nice getaway for My Wife and I! Pretty secluded other than the house up the mountain but it was far enough away to have privacy! Loved the flowers, birds, fire (which had dried wood and kindling ready) hot tub was so nice on the cool July night. And areas to hike on the property was also nice there was a beautiful view through the trees as a few spots! Loved it!”

“Jerry is an exceptional host, made me and my gf feel like home. Couldn’t ask for a better location at Seneca Rocks to see Blackwater falls state park, Spruce Knob, smoke hole caverns and Triangle Rock. Theirs 2 restaurants and small essentials store next to the property walking distance too. So perfect, appreciate you Jerry!”

“Not far from things to do, very quiet and nestled onside of mountain - plenty of deer running by - if you like restaurants with good home cooked food, friendly people, swimming, hiking, firepit, hot tub, and peaceful rest - this place is 110% there. Loved it.”

“Spacious home with huge screened in porch and incredible view in a quiet location. Comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. Lovely Saturday market at the bottom of the hill where you can grab breakfast or lunch while your dog enjoys the fenced dog park. The hosts are very friendly and graciously accommodated a special request for us at the last minute. My only recommendations for improvement would be a washer/dryer accessible to guests and a better kitchen (cabinets are worn, there is no dishwasher……

“What a wonderful, peaceful, beautiful place!! So smartly decorated with the blues and white. Beautiful! Bed was super comfortable. The grounds were great for walking our dog. This cottage was as cute outside as it was inside. The host is top-notch! Thank you!!!”

“We had a lovely three night stay at this property. Laura and Ryan are excellent hosts! The kitchen was very well appointed with many thoughtful touches that you don’t often get at many rental units. Highly recommend!”
