"I really enjoyed how easy it was to access the hotel and the room. Everything is automated and the staff is always prompt and responsive. The only real blemish is that the bathroom door did not lock but that's a very minor detail. The EVH has a great location and easy access to everything. The room as as advertised. Would stay again."

"We had a few problems with the hotel. When we asked about more toilet paper we were told to ask Expedia. How could Expedia get us more toilet paper? We had a triple bunk bed but the ladders were against the wall. When I booked the room it showed three double bed but no bunk beds."

"Great location in central Manhattan. Our room could have been cleaner and we found random dirt items including old contact lenses on the floor of our room suggesting the floors hadn’t been cleaned. There were also dirt markings all over the white walls and stains on table tops and the chair. Otherwise I would consider staying here again given the location, safety of the property, and price. "

"My wife and I had decided to take our family of five to New York over Easter Weekend. Neither of us our from the city, but thought that our boys would enjoy the change of pace from our suburban life. The room itself is cozy. It slept five, but in all honesty two of our boys had to share a bed. It was exceptionally clean, and well stocked. There is a stove top, but now oven. We were aware of that going in, so we were not disappointed. We were not provided the WiFi password upon arrival, but after...

"Great unit, updated kitchen, perfect location, friendly desk attendant. My family of four stayed for a week and we felt safe and comfortable the whole time. "

"It's a great place to stay for a night or two. I wish they would communicate that only vegetarian food is allowed in the property upfront. But it really is a lovely place. Also communications could be better. I had trouble getting in touch with the front desk assistant Sable while checking out and getting clean towels. Other than this, this is a great deal.
