“Breakfast was good and the room and building was clean very friendly staff”

“Very nice all the way around. Beautiful room and our king size bed was very comfortable as were the pillows, All of the staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful.”

“This hotel was amazing and beautiful and very clean..the staff were so kind and accommodating, anything you need they are on it immediately ..the downfall is they turn the heat off at night in the rooms something having to do with the weather I dont understand thier explanation but I stayed may 7th thru may 11th still cold and I have to say the town of Salem was amazing and one of the hostess ladies that work at the tavern the bar in the hotel was very snappy to me when I asked her a question……

“We started out with problems from the online check in. They said we were in #9 but in was occupied, so they set us up in #6, then the code wasn’t working to get in. After that things were good, till we left and checked out at 830 then in a couple hours later they said we didn’t check out. There systems needs some work. Great location”
