“The check in process took us 3 hours in total. We were not sent the check in instructions and when we tried to call the number listed there was no one connected. After waiting 2.5 hours someone connected and when we managed to talk to her she then couldn’t get the lockbox code which took another 30 minutes ”

“As ever a fantastic stay with the guys at Aberdeen Village
Hotel is always spotless with lovely spacious, attractive and comfy rooms - slept soundly!!
Good was good with friendly service and great choir for breakfast. Didn’t eat in on this occasion as had meal booked with family elsewhere
Pool was a welcome relax the next morning, greatly loved by our boys when we stay
Only downside was the multiple errors made by Expedia processing our booking. Hotel staff were fantastic seeking to get things……

“The roommates is modern, clean and comfortable.
The issue was the loud noises from above the ceiling, probably heating/water system. This happened at 11pm and 2am, which woke me.
Staff were friendly. Parking was easy.

“Room was a disabled room should not be allocated to people who have not requested it. Toilet was like in a hospital and had a strong very off putting smell Was allocated as many rooms in the hotel were out of access due to problems. Could not provide an alternative room. Hotel should have contacted us to give a chance to decline a room like this we would not take. It is quite incredible they would expect you to be ok with this when you are looking for a pleasant stay. Poor sound proofing also……
