“Great property. Only complaint is the daily housekeeping service. The 1st morning the guy came in before we finished getting ready to change out the towels. The rest of the trip we did not have housekeeping service. We had to go to the front desk and ask for towels, Kleenex and toilet paper every evening.”

“A peaceful spot away from all the hub bub but walking distance to restaurants and attractions. The restaurant was wonderful but make sure you book reservations in advance as it is very popular. Our stay was perfect. Check in was a little different because there isn't a lobby. We called the main number for assistance and someone met us at our car right away to direct us where to park & how to communicate with staff. “The house was beautiful. Everything was stocked fully for our needs. Everything was in working order . Everything was extremely comfortable. The hot tub was great . We had to stay an extra night due to weather and they had no problem at all extending us by a day . Thank you so much and we hope to be able to stay with you again . ”

“Geweldig leuk hotel in het midden van het centrum. Ondanks dat toch heel stil. Goed ontbijt met homemade cake. Personeel is super vriendelijk. Echt een ouderwetse inn met alles van hout en open haard. Ook een zwembad. Naast het hotel ligt de kabelbaan en er zijn diverse restaurants, eetgelegenheden in de buurt van het hotel .”

“It was a decent stay, the thing that was bothersome was at night you really notice how loud the ac unit is plus you can hear the one above your window too. Its off the main strip but convenient to everything. We would probably stay again.”

“Pros: 1) room is pretty comfortable and clean. 2) Nice balcony and good river view. Cons: 1) Kind of noisy since it’s on the main street. 2) Be an early bird otherwise there will be a long line waiting for breakfast in the narrow room.”

“Very well maintained property, breakfast was delish, loved the location, and water park was fun. My only complaint....NO HOT TUB! NOT A SINGLE ONE. Broke my heart! Kids had a blast but Mom and Dad had no relaxing soak to wash away our long drive. Water park water was not warm either. Kiddo didn't mind but us grown-ups were shivering. But, if that's my number one problem then I'd say we had a really nice time. Staff was always so helpful!”

“We came down a night earlier than our planned vacation and stay at the Holiday Inn down the road and decided to stay here based on the reviews and lower price. Everything seemed ok and nice for an older hotel until I went to use the restroom around 11pm and found a roach running across the bathroom sink and crawl back between the wall and the bathroom sink.
