“Pros: 1) room is pretty comfortable and clean. 2) Nice balcony and good river view. Cons: 1) Kind of noisy since it’s on the main street. 2) Be an early bird otherwise there will be a long line waiting for breakfast in the narrow room.”

“The staff were all so friendly. The breakfast was better than any hotel breakfast I've ever had. The rooms were vintage but very clean. My one single complaint is that there is no mini fridge in the rooms, but the location, service, and rooms more than make up for it. I'll definitely try getting a room here again next time I come to Gatlinburg.”
