「这是我住过这么多酒店里最好的精品酒店，没有之一，老板和员工都当我们是家人，真的很暖心很贴心。 本来定了三个人的房间，网上付完钱，然后入住前一天我朋友说不来了，我又想多住一天，老板和他母亲二话不说，把我多付的第三个人钱放到多一天的房费里，让我省了不少 我本来已经退完房了，回去拿行李等车时给我们喝下午茶，搬行李上车，很窝心告诉我们怎么走怎么去。 真的是用心在经营。 下次来南非开普敦，只会住着一家。唯一缺点是地点比较不好找，有uber就很方便了。」

「lovely aparthotel centrally based surrounded by various dining options & convienence shops decent size room , good wifi , nice hot shower, big enough size fridge , microwave & hob in the room good size & comfy bed cleaning staff excellent reception staff very professional & helpful area around the aparthotel allegedly a bit sketchy at night but i experienced no problems would definitely use residency again if i stay in the central area of cape town 」

「Wow! Such a unique place to stay! We were first greeted by such kind staff and received very thorough information! Then took the original style elevator up to our room! Such an incredible touch to really enhance the style of the hotel! The rooms were clean and very comfortable beds! There is a few clubs in the area as well as a rooftop bar at the hotel but the solid wood doors make it so you can’t hear anything while in your room! Huge points for that!
