“Everything was great except: the water area near our deck had a very bad stench. The algae or whatever needs to be improved. Unfortunately that may keep us from returning. ”

“They have a cookout area, a nice place to enjoy being outside and relax. The rooms could use at least one more electrical outlet. Makes it difficult to run microwave or charge phone. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I'm sure I'll call on them again ”

“Communication was great, and she was unbelievably accommodating given our circumstances. My kids had to drive up from Ohio to say goodbye to their Grandma, who was on hospice, and she was really flexible on our checkout time, which was greatly appreciated. ”

“Upon arriving checkin was easy, Hostess was kind and helpful. Its cost friendly but keep in mind no breakfast but plenty in town to go to or get it delivered, coffee provided in room and in common room. The King Room is clean, spacious and relaxing. Great Tv too. Thanks so much!”

“Excellent host and a great property. Home was exactly as described. I decided to do a spur of the moment dunes trip with my SXS and couldn’t have worked out better with the location of this property. The backyard is quite literally the dunes and you have an amazing view of Lake Michigan out front. ORV park entrance is 5 mins away. The entry road to the neighborhood is a bit narrow and steep at times but no issues with my F350 and 16 foot trailer. The driveway is easy to back into but I wouldn’t……

“We enjoyed absolutely everything about this place! Our kids loved the basement and made full use of the rock climbing wall! They loved the playground, giant chess/checkers and Jenga! The views of the lake and watching the sunset were stunning! Lots of things to do within a 20minute drive from the property. ”

“This place was great and we would definitely come back! I only gave 4 stars for cleanliness b/c it smelled a bit musty mixed with cleaning solution and the top shelf where the coffee filters and creamers are kept was dusty and buggy. We had to get up on a chair to get the coffee supplies down. Maybe a little stool would be helpful. We loved the location and the back fire pit seating area is great! The beach was close by and awesome!! Thank you!”
