「Single room for 1 night, a bit cosy but the price was unbeatable. Quiet, clean, comfy bed, good shower amenities, easy parking, polite staff, good wifi. Only improvement I can suggest is to put a darker curtain as quite a bit of light goes through during summer.」

「Perfect location in the heart of Wroxham/Hoveton. Nowhere better to sit and enjoy a drink by the river and watch the hustle and bustle of river life, tempered by the tranquility of the wildlife. 「The room, facilities were fantastic. The little touches, Norfolk Natural Living….. bubble bath, shower gel and shampoo with conditioner, added to the quality of our stay! Bread source breakfast was delicious! Home made bread source biscuits with their amazing coffee in the room was lovely to have on arrival and again first thing in the morning. Highly recommend, everything was as advertised. 」

「This a brilliant pub. Can't fault it at all. First choice place for me when in the area. Host will ask you what time you want your breakfast. What's not to like?」

「We stayed for an event at UEA and the location was perfect for this. Setting was beautiful in a small village with a river running through -great for an evening stroll. Our bedroom was very very close to the road which becomes a commuter cut through in the mornings. This did lead to some unwelcome traffic noise from around 530am. 」
