"The Schloss Suite is Spectacular. Full with history and all comfort needed. 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen (really full equipped) and dining room. Everything is just perfect. Staff is very helpful. Breakfast is in the Parkhotel and is very good. There is an elevator you can use all the time and just about 15 steps to the suite. The whole stay was nothing to compare with. Strongly recommend this suite."

"The apartment was clean and quiet, there was a walk-in closet which avoided clutter in the living area. the supply of coffee, creamer etc. was very convenient, also the laundry detergent available in the laundry room. We were able to check in early by arrangement and communication was very good. "This was really the best hotel we were on our trip for two weeks. We stayed for five nights. Wonderful bedroom and bathroom. Front desk staff amazing, they helped us in everything we needed. And always with a big smile on the mouth. I want to recognize the job done by Lisa and Sara at front desk, and the job done by John in the restaurant serving us with excellence. Thanks for all John, Lisa, and Sara. If I will be in Vienna again, no doubt I will be in the Ananas. It is located very close to the city center, and close to the Schonbrun Palace too.
