“Hotel staff was wonderful. Rooms were comfortable and pretty clean. Walls are thin! Very loud in the mornings. Pool was very dirty and cloudy.”

“I had to register over a cell phone by a lady who couldn’t speak English. A man came on phone and said lady needed my id and credit card to take a picture on phone. Not too thrilled with that. Accommodations were ok for price. No coffee in room. Had to go across parking lot to office to get a terrible watered down cup of coffee. There was NO breakfast even though it was advertised on web. For $10 more I would rather go to Comfort Inn next door for great room and great breakfast of waffles,……

“Had to listen to barking dogs all evening. When we called the front desk they said they would call the owners. Apparently with no success. They said because they are pet friendly there wasn’t anything more they could do”

“My room wasn't swept nore cleaned properly. No one came to clean it the next day I had to ask for towel trash bags n a broom to sweep the room. I was not impressed at all ”

“Room was very clean, could not find a coffee maker in building...seemed strange for extended stay. Biggest issue is the "key". Electronic key system was very unreliable and we were locked out for a period of time. Very disappointing ”

“Our newly renovated room was clean however one of the garbage bags was not empty. There was no dishwashing soap or towel to clean the dishes. Not many washcloths for the amount of people that stayed in the room when we got there. And we ran out of tissues pretty quickly. The staff was excellent, every request we had, they responded and acted quickly.”

“The geographical environment is close to tourist attractions, and the environment is clean and hygienic.”

“disgusting. we got into our room with hairs on the sheets and dirty. We switched rooms and more hairs on the bed. when calling the desk they had housekeeping come and they were yelling at each other and threw the sheets on the floor- left and didn’t say anything then showed up later. The front desk said she was the manager then the real manager suddenly appeared 5 minutes later to apologize. The only thing we received were 2 drink cards ”
