“I can’t say enough great things about my stay at Inn On the Lakes! I stayed for the weekend while visiting family, and from the moment I arrived, I was impressed. The hotel was exceptionally clean, the lake view was absolutely beautiful, and every single staff member I interacted with was genuinely kind and welcoming. What really set this hotel apart was their outstanding customer service. I accidentally left my Kindle behind after checking out, and Sophie called me right away to let me know.……

“👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room was outdated, poorly designed, unclean, and had an unbearable odor. I stayed for just one night and checked out the next morning. However, right after returning my room key and getting into my car to leave, a male staff member suddenly knocked on my window and arrogantly asked if I still had a room. I told him I stayed there last night but had already checked out. He rudely demanded that I leave immediately. This……

“The hotel was absolutely beautiful. Room was ultra clean, spacious and nicely furnished. Very comfortable!”

“It all started when I got to my room. The walls are very thin. Including the entrance door into/out of the room. The neighbor was raising his voice ( possible praying ). Then at night Could hear neighbor snoring. Then further into night, a bug on my arm—at this point I woke up to ck the whole bed for bed bugs—thankfully none! The breakfast buffet was quite not crowded. Food was mehhh. But the cinnamon rolls warm n tasty. Would I stay here again. Probably only if needed for travel.”

“This was a very well-appointed property. The room was nicely decorated. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The staff in the pub below the hotel were also very friendly and helpful. If there was any issue, it was that the Expedia website did not indicate that the elevator to the hotel was not functioning. That information would have been greatly appreciated.”

“Staffs are all very friendly & helpful. Room is very clean and comfortable. Very quiet place. Complementary breakfast is good enough to me - I stayed two days and they did offer some different choices, not many though. No refrigerator in room which is not convenient, but with ice machine at each floor so I'm okay with that eventually. Restaurant, convenient stores are nearby. Overall this is a nice place to stay. The only thing I may complain is the air conditioner - it works well with no doubt,……

“This was our second stay at this property and once again we enjoyed our time. The 2-room suite was beautiful and comfortable, the scene of the lake relaxing. The included breakfast selections were great and the food was tasty. They told us that they're currently doing renovations (5/20/26), but honestly we could not see any signs as they kept everything nice and clean. We look forward to seeing what the renovations bring because in our opinion the property is already lovely.”

“I travel a lot and I stay in Mom and pop places. This has to rank up there being one of the very, very best that I have stayed in very very clean orderly well kept well maintained the man at the front desk was super nice very professional great person to talk to enjoyed my stay thorough”
