"Very last minute booking. Staff were outstanding in helping it go smoothly as it was delayed in transferring from Expedia onto their own system. Room was spacious. Bed super comfy and the air conditioning was splendid too."

"This could have been an excellent review but for breakfast. Room was great, clean and a good size. Shower and bathroom clean and spacious. WiFi worked great. Outdoor areas looked good and the pool area looked fantastic. Unfortunately I was not able to swim because breakfast was so chaotic with not enough staff and buffet food replenished too slowly. It took almost 30 minutes before I was able to get a breakfast plate with everything I wanted. No glasses, no bowls (I ate cereal from a cup) and no bread. At times when there was bacon there were no eggs. Then no mushrooms....it went on and on. I finished up grabbing one thing and waiting for the next by which time the first things were cold. I mentioned the difficulties at breakfast to reception upon checking out and was told "so I've heard". I mentioned I would have liked a swim but it's check out time now and that was met with silence. Pity"

"Excellent hotel in the centre of Woking. Lovely room with large bathroom. Parking was good (and reasonably priced) once we knew to go to the red car park. Hotel reception was easy to access via floor 8 of the car park. Breakfast was excellent- plenty to choose from. Would recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again."

"The property is spacious with a good range of places to eat or have a drink. The rings are good – and sensibly equipped. Reception needs properly staffing. It was ridiculous that poor young woman was left on her own to check in a huge wedding party of very demanding guests."

"The budget room reminded me of the Overlook from the Shining. Tired and in need of a refresh. But for my purposes it was 5 star. Spacious clean room Comfortable bed Power shower Free on site ample parking Quiet safe location The hotel WiFi was poor. Used a tranche of data during my stay. Mentioned my concern to reception. Total waste of time. Reception had the humour and charm of a high security prison officer/boarder guard.."
